West Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust joins Scarborough and Cambridge with a rapid ‘out of the box’ go-live in early autumn 2010. Length of stay has reduced so dramatically that the Trust was able to close 2 wards before Christmas 2010 and a 3rd in 2011, and experienced no winter crisis.

North Cumbria University Hospitals NHS Trust joins West Mid, Scarborough and Cambridge, choosing RealTime to support their Transformation work on patient flow and length of stay at the Trust.

North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust joins North Cumbria, West Mid, Scarborough and Cambridge, also choosing RealTime to support their Transformation work on patient flow and length of stay at the Trust.

Ashford & St. Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (ASPH) engaged RealTime Health to reduce length of stay on a performance target-based risk share arrangement. This is the first time in the UK that we have been engaged on this basis and we are delighted to be breaking new ground with ASPH in this way. The deployment of RealTime to support the process improvement project will go live in late 2011. The process change work started immediately and will entail a significant element of knowledge transfer.
