RealTime Health Ltd is wholly owned and privately funded by the founding members. There is no external ownership, commercial constraint, or third party IP licence obligation to another party. The relationship with Eagle Medical Management LLC in the US is informal.

VAT, Payment Terms, etc.

RealTime Health Ltd. is VAT registered under number 942 8217 17.

Payment terms are 10 days from invoice date. RealTime Health Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on unpaid invoices at 6% per month above Base Rate or the HSBC business banking overdraft rate plus 0.5%, whichever is the higher, but will not charge interest in any case where the invoice is paid within 10 days of invoice date. In the event that interest is charged, an administration fee of 1% of the invoice amount will be levied, up to a maximum of £100.

Reasonable expenses for travel, board and lodging incurred in the course of delivering projects to customers will be charged to customers at the going rate, unless the project concerned has been explicitly contracted on a 'turn-key' basis with all expected expenses already included in the pricing. The company policy for travel by public transport is to travel by regular class (notwithstanding free upgrades), and mileage for transport by car is reimbursable at the rate approved by the Revenue (£0.40 per mile in the UK at the time of writing). Any other unavoidable expenses incurred in the delivery of the project will be discussed and agreed in advance with the customer on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations of committed consultancy engagements will incur penalties commensurate with the lost business opportunity for our consultants and the sum of the incurred expenses if it is not possible due to the timing of the cancellation to re-schedule the committed time with other customers. Incurred expenses will be charged if they cannot be undone.
